In Disneyland, guests often feel bored, unfair and tired while waiting. How to provide guests with a pleasant waiting time is our main problem.

The application is only a SUPPORT that GUIDES users. We are not there to disturb, we are there to support users while they wait. The app is just a way for users to spend time together.

Challenge
PeopleSpheres is a platform that integrates various HR modules. Administrators can add different HR modules according to their company’s needs.

I entered this startup as an intern designer in early 2018, redesigned the website and optimized the SaaS itself. And then as a freelance designer, I continued to optimize product experience and assist in functional development.

PROCESS
The project covers many different design phases and requires a lot of team input.
peoplespheres-design-process
Based on existing customers, in order to better understand their motivations and difficulties, I had the chance to participate in the company’s user workshop and conduct user demand analysis. Then translate their requirements into actual functionality.
We've designed a complete role-based access system and had many iterations of experience optimization.

Babilou
Challenge
Babilou is a network of nursery business and community in France. They need to develop their brand image, and make it easy for parents to book a nursery online.
Process
Comprehension, ideation and prototyping workshops are set up at the beginning of the project. I participated in the process from wireframe to UI design, collaborating with two other UX and UI designers.
SOLUTION
The most important part of the project is the redesign of the price simulation, search and registration process. We have designed a simple step-by-step registration process that allows users to go directly to the registration process after selecting some nurseries from the map. They can log in to their account to track the progress of their demands.

Challenge
7Speaking is a B2B online English training platform. In order to make the product more attractive, improve the user experience, and enhance the motivation of learning, it is necessary to redesign the structure and the interface of the product.
SOLUTION
I joined the project in the early stages of product design, when many other designers tested different styles, but they found it hard to create a unified design system. The goal is to unify the style of existing screens, help them create a design system and apply it to other product interfaces.

BnF, Presales Project
Challenge
The Bibliothèque nationale de France is the national library of France. BnF has a huge website system, including library websites, ticketing, exhibitions, blogs, etc. But these websites all use different design systems, resulting in inconsistencies in design, function and management. In order to facilitate the user's understanding and back-end management, they need a universal design system.
Ecosystem
A study of brand history and websites is essential to gain a deeper understanding of the BnF ecosystem.
bnf-system
Starting from visual unification, to function and interaction unification, and at last data structures and frameworks unification, this is the ultimate solution for a unified design system.
