ANCV, School Project
Challenge
In addition to its institutional website, ancv.com, ANCV needed another website to guide users on where and how to use their vouchers and discover the entire acceptance network.
Process
In order to better understand the market and user needs, we conducted a competitive analysis of search engines, established user personas and experience maps. We carefully studied the user experience before, during, and after a trip, which helped us identify important user scenarios and when to intervene.

I'm Mouette
Create a link between the user and the guide using a Chatbot
Finally, we decided to use chatbots to create a friendly link between the user and the guide. Users can chat with the guide and ask questions about where and how to use their vouchers.
We make the advanced search bar a secondary choice for those who are less willing to chat with the guide, where users can filter search results by product type, service, activity type and destination.
ANCV-screens
In order to test the usability and performance of these two solutions, a A/B testing strategy can be set up : Chatbot/Advanced Search.

When I joined the project, the concept of Smartrip was still unclear, and it was difficult for them to figure out how to create an online booking system and how to integrate more features.
